The staff was cute. Mr caner greeted us personally! i received an upgrade to a family beautiful room. This was a pleasant surprise and added to the comfort of my stay! the pool area was clean. It provided a relaxed environment. the location was convenient. Various shops were within walking distance.

unhelpful staff closed spa
i found the staff not particularly helpful and the level of english was poor (maybe i'm expecting too much?). the spa looked nice but was closed for cleaning at inconvenient times. plus, they wanted to charge extra for a swim cap, which seemed a bit much.

really good service and care!
early check-in seamless stay supportive team flawless visit
i really enjoyed the early check-in offered when i arrived. this was a relief after my long journey. the team. i especially thank ms. ekin and mr erdi, who were very supportive. they contributed to making my stay seamless.
The employees were talking loud in the hallway. they acted as if everyone was awake. That was a little annoying.

The hotel has a swimming pool, a hammam, and a sauna. i saw several cardio machines. This is all included in the accommodation price.

The hotel is located near supermarkets. i noticed many shopping opportunities close by. That was very convenient for some quick shopping. public transport is also easily accessible from the hotel.
